Therapy

Omeprazole PO + clarithromycin PO + amoxicillin PO for 14 days

Penicillin Allergy

Therapy

Omeprazole PO + clarithromycin PO + metronidazole PO for 14 days

Notes

Clarithromycin tablets are not licensed in children under 12 years

Omeprazole capsules/tablets are not licensed for use in children except for severe ulcerating reflux oesophagitis in children > 1 year
