Amoxicillin 500mg - 1g PO 8 hourly

Doxycyline 200mg PO STAT, then 100mg daily

If oral route compromised:

Amoxicillin 500mg-1g IV 8 hourly

Clarithromycin 500mg PO 12 hourly

(Erythromycin 500mg 6 hourly in pregnancy)
