Episeotomy Infection

Clarithromycin 500mg PO or IV 12 hourly AND Metronidazole 400mg PO or 500mg IV 8 hourly
If breast feeding
Clindamycin 600mg PO or IV 8 hourly
If severe
Vancomycin IV AND Metronidazole 500mg IV 8 hourly +/- Gentamicin IV as per protocol
