Many will have appropriate oral options. Complicated infections warranting IV antibiotic outside of chest, urine, skin can be discussed on case-by-case with A+H and microbiology consultant.

 

If there are infection scenarios that are commonly being encountered and felt could be included within specific Hospital at Home guidelines - please raise with A+H and microbiology consultant for consideration.
